Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
